Registration can be made in writing, verbally, by telephone, by fax, or electronically (email, internet) and is considered a binding booking by the customer. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by Dive4Life GmbH. Acceptance takes the form of a written booking confirmation with invoice. 1.2 If you do not have our booking and payment conditions when you register by telephone, we will be happy to send them to you with the booking confirmation/invoice. 1.3 If the content of the booking confirmation/invoice differs from the content of the registration, we are bound to this offer for 10 days. The contract is concluded on the basis of this new offer if you notify us of your acceptance within this period, which can also be done by payment, provided we inform you of the change when sending it. 1.4 Please notify us immediately if you, as the booker, have not received your booking confirmation/invoice from us at least 7 days before the booking date. Payment 2.1 Payment for the booking is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice. 2.2 If the agreed amount is not received in full even after a reminder up to one week before the booking date, this entitles us to terminate the booking contract and to charge compensation in the amount of the corresponding booking. You are free to prove that we have suffered less damage. 3. Services, Prices 3.1 The scope of the contractual services is determined by the service descriptions as they form the basis of the contract, as well as the information in the booking confirmation/invoice that refers to them.
