    We offer the course according to IAC standards. You can find all the information about the course at the bottom of this page. There are no additional fees. As certification, you will receive a driver's license-sized brevet card (by mail) and a digital card (PDF) by email. There is no e-learning preparation. All content will be covered in class.

  • Info SSI Nitrox Course

    We offer this course according to SSI standards. You can find all the course information at the bottom of this page. Additional fees: Please note that there is an additional fee of €49 for e-learning and certification for SSI courses. Certification is only available as a digital certification card in the SSI app. A driver's license-sized certification card can be ordered for a fee. Note on e-learning: The e-learning course is voluntary and serves as preparation for the course. All relevant theory content will be covered in class.

The Nitrox specialty course offers every diver a boost in no-decompression time, diving safety, and physical energy! Increasing the oxygen content in the compressed air reduces the nitrogen content, thus reducing the risk of DCS, decompression sickness, and physical exhaustion after diving.

Course content:

During the Nitrox theory course, you will learn and understand the advantages and disadvantages of an increased oxygen content in your breathing gas, perform gas analyses, and learn the requirements for diving with Nitrox.

Course duration: 1 session of 2 hours

1 theory unit

Theoretical training:

We will teach you the necessary knowledge and proper handling of nitrox in a theory block. After completing the course, every student diver will be able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of diving with nitrox and analyze their breathing gas independently.


To gain more diving experience or take your skills to a higher level, you can join the D4L Club or take additional specialty courses.
