You haven't dived for a while and you're not quite sure how this or that works anymore?
Then you have come to the right place!
The refresher course is just the right course for anyone who hasn't dived for a while and is a little unsure about their equipment, the signs or how to behave underwater. Learn how to regain confidence and enjoy diving in this compact course!
Course contents:
The most important things are conveyed in a short and concise manner. You will regain confidence in the basic skills of diving. Assembling and disassembling your diving equipment, controlled descent and ascent, mask practice, regaining the regulator, alternative air supply, no-decompression time and safety stops are just a few of the topics that we will learn with you again in a theory unit and a training dive.
Course duration: 3 hours
1 theory lesson
1 dive indoor
Theoretical training:
Regain the basic knowledge of diving through a theory lesson and a detailed briefing before and after the dive. You will quickly remember the most important things and rediscover the joy of diving.
Practical training: (1 dive)
The training dive in a small group under perfect conditions in the indoor diving center will give you the necessary security for further diving adventures.
Including:
- Complete quality rental equipment (including ABC equipment)
- Entrance to the indoor diving center
To gain more diving experience or take your skills to the next level, you can join the D4L Club or take additional specialty courses.
