The refresher course is just the right course for anyone who hasn't dived for a while and is a little unsure about their equipment, the signs or how to behave underwater. Learn to regain safety and joy in diving in this compact course!

Course content:

The most important things conveyed briefly and to the point. You will regain confidence in the basic skills of diving. The assembly and disassembly of your diving equipment, the controlled descent and ascent, the mask practice, getting the regulator back, the alternative air supply, the no-decompression time or the safety stop are just a few topics that we will learn again in a theory unit and a training dive with you.

Theory training:

Regain the basic knowledge of diving. Through a theory lesson and a detailed briefing before and after the dive. You will quickly remember the most important things and rediscover the joy of diving.

Practical training: (1 dive)

The training dive in a small group under perfect conditions in the indoor diving center will give you the necessary security for further diving adventures.

Complete quality rental equipment (including ABC equipment) Entry to the indoor diving center
