Ticket insurance
We offer our customers ticket insurance from the Ergo Insurance Group. Ticket protection covers the risk of cancellation if, for example, you are unable to attend a booked diving ticket or diving course due to illness. The insurance then covers the ticket or cancellation costs for you.

Is a cold also covered by insurance?
As is well known, you shouldn't dive with a cold. Therefore, a cold is an insured event under ticket insurance. However, even if you have a cold, a doctor's certificate must be submitted to the insurance company.
What if my buddy gets sick?
If you're traveling as a team and one of you gets sick, the ticket for the non-sick person is also covered. Because you're not allowed to dive alone, and if your buddy gets sick, diving is canceled for you as well.
Important: Both parties must, of course, have taken out insurance.
