STINT 2026 | Siegburg Diving Intensive Emergency Days | June 12-14, 2026. Registration is now open!

  • STINT - Welcome!

Dear diving enthusiasts, diving accidents are rare, and therefore, divers and emergency personnel are usually very uncertain when a diving incident occurs. Due to the great success of our first four Siegburg Diving Intensive Emergency Days (STINT) in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, we feel motivated to offer the fifth training weekend at the Dive4Life Indoor Diving Center in Siegburg in 2026. During the three-day event, we aim to appeal equally to diving instructors, divers, rescue service personnel, BOS employees, and doctors who wish to further their training in diving safety. Our goal is to close the gap between theoretical knowledge and practice, which is why we deliberately offer numerous practical exercises at the Dive4Life Indoor Diving Center. We look forward to welcoming interested participants from all over Germany. Yours sincerely, Daniela Koonen, Sebastian Reinwald, and Stefan Schröder. Naming of the Smelt: The smelt is a small European marine fish of the genus Osmerus that lives in coastal waters from the Baltic Sea to the Bay of Biscay. It migrates up large rivers to spawn until the end of March, but also occurs in freshwater lakes. Gender note: For the sake of readability, the male, female, and diverse forms (m/f/d) are omitted. All personal pronouns apply equally to all genders.
